What we don't do

This site uses no cookies, tracking pixels or analytics. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser never talks to a third party. The game never asks for your email, name or phone number.

Where the data lives

The website runs on a server in Poland. The game server currently runs in an IONOS data centre in the United States, so game data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in our agreement with the provider.

Your rights

You can delete your account yourself, any time: type delete account in the game and confirm with your nick. The account, your progress and every game log entry under your nick are gone at once, in one operation, and the nick returns to the pool.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to kontakt@meshmud.pl with your nick. Since the game doesn't know your email, we'll ask you to prove the account is yours, for example by typing a code we send you into the game. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).

Children

The game is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change these rules, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
